Refund Policy

At Category Minds™, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please review our policy below to determine your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Physical Products (Stickers)

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Dissatisfaction: If you’re not happy with your purchase, reach out within 10 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. However, we offer refunds if:

    • Non-Delivery: You don’t receive access to your digital product within 24 hours of purchase.

    • Technical Issues: You encounter a problem that prevents product use — contact us for support or possible solutions.

How to Request a Refund
Email us at categoryminds@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue or refund reason

We’ll review your request and respond as soon as possible. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Additional Information

  • Partial refunds for digital products may be considered at our discretion.

  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

  • Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency; any conversion fees are the customer’s responsibility.
