Category Minds™ grants educators a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our digital and print products for classroom or personal educational purposes. Key points include:

• You may duplicate materials for classroom use but may not resell, redistribute, or share outside your classroom without written permission.

• Digital products may not be posted publicly, shared on social media, or uploaded to third-party platforms.

• Print products may be reproduced only for educational purposes within your own classroom or institution.

• Any other use, sale, or distribution is governed by a separate Master License Agreement.

4. Limited License

You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our digital products for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our products without written permission.

 

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon purchase.

• Prices are in U.S. dollars.

• Accepted methods: credit/debit cards, mobile payments, e-wallets, bank transfers.

• You are responsible for applicable taxes, processing fees, or currency conversions.

 

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

7. Order & Shipping Policy

• Digital products are delivered via email or direct download immediately upon payment.

• Physical products (e.g., stickers) are processed within 3–5 business days.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout; tracking info is emailed.

• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped or downloaded.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content—including text, images, graphics, logos, illustrations, course materials, and designs—is the property of Category Minds™ LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws.

• Copyright Notice: All content, including the “Cognitive Brain with 8 Mnemonic Device Stickers” artwork, is copyrighted by Category Minds™ LLC (U.S. Copyright Office Registration Number VAu001549408). Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• Trademark Notice: “Category Minds™” and the Category Minds™ logo are trademarks of Category Minds™ LLC. ™ indicates common law protection even before registration.

 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, app, and digital products are provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy, functionality, or suitability for a particular purpose. Access may not be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Category Minds™ LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or services.
