Category Minds™ LLC provides digital and print educational tools designed to support memory, focus, and learning. This Licensing & Usage Statement outlines how our materials may be used while protecting our intellectual property.

1. Grant of License
Category Minds™ LLC (“Category Minds™”) grants educators and institutions a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our materials solely for classroom, educational, and personal teaching purposes.
This license does not grant ownership of the Materials; all intellectual property rights remain with Category Minds™.

Permitted Use:

  • Reproduce and distribute Materials within your classroom or learning environment for students under your instruction.

  • Print or digitally display Materials for educational purposes only.

  • Make limited copies as needed for student learning.

Prohibited Use:

  • Sell, resell, or commercially distribute Materials.

  • Share, post, or distribute Materials online, via social media, or on public websites without written permission.

  • Alter or modify Materials for resale or commercial use.

  • Use Materials outside educational contexts without explicit consent from Category Minds™.

 

2. Duplication Limits

  • Digital copies should be securely shared only with enrolled students.

  • Printed copies should be limited to classroom use and must maintain all copyright and trademark notices.

 

3. Intellectual Property
All content—including text, images, graphics, logos, illustrations, course materials, and designs—is copyrighted by Category Minds™ LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws.

Copyright: All rights reserved. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is prohibited.

 

4. User Responsibilities
When using our materials, you agree to:

  • Respect copyright and trademark restrictions.

  • Use materials only for educational purposes.

  • Not share or sell materials outside your classroom or organization.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your license and potential legal action.

 

5. Updates & Revisions
Category Minds™ reserves the right to update this Licensing & Usage Statement at any time. Educators are responsible for reviewing updates; continued use of Materials constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
