UDL Compliance

Last Updated: November 1, 2025

Category Minds™ LLC is committed to ensuring that our website and educational resources are designed to support all learners, including those with diverse abilities, learning styles, and needs.

To maintain our unique brand identity, we have retained our existing color scheme while implementing key Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles to promote accessibility, engagement, and comprehension for all users.

Our website and resources follow UDL guidelines by:

  • Multiple Means of Representation: Presenting content using visual, auditory, and text-based formats whenever possible.

  • Multiple Means of Engagement: Offering interactive, self-paced tools to encourage active participation and motivation.

  • Multiple Means of Action & Expression: Providing ways for learners to demonstrate understanding through various formats and exercises.

Some parts of our website and app may include custom or third-party elements that are not yet fully aligned with UDL principles. We are actively working to improve these areas and welcome feedback to help enhance accessibility and usability for all users.

If you experience any difficulties using our website or resources, or have suggestions for improving UDL compliance, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at categoryminds@gmail.com. We will respond promptly and work with you to address any concerns.

Thank you for visiting Category Minds™ LLC. Your input is valuable as we continue refining our resources to support all learners effectively.
